If the tide on global warming is beginning to shift, and climate scientists who believe global warming is a serious threat are looking for a job, look no further:
An economic stimulus plan released by House Democrats yesterday would pump more than $1 billion into climate science at federal agencies, including long-ailing environmental satellite programs.
The $825 billion proposal would also provide tens of billions of dollars for the programs to encourage energy efficiency and develop renewable and alternative fuels and technology to capture and sequester carbon dioxide emitted by power plants.
The House bill’s strong emphasis on science agencies is unusual for a supplemental spending bill, let alone one aimed at propping up the sagging economy, experts said.”
Now’s not the time to point out the egregiousness of the entire stimulus plan; we have an entire website dedicated to that available here. This is the time to look at how the money is actually being spent. As evidenced above, it’s not being spent wisely.
The socialist rulers that were in place before the election, are now much stronger with more socialist rulers being appointed by our soon to be socialist elected president.
And I hear him say on the radio [ our soon to be president ] he is going to support junk science [ Global Warming ] and work to change our climate something as yet never done.
I don't think the majority of the people have been deceived by the GW Lie's but elected this next president for other and very diverse reasons, what the people today don't seem to care about concerning his coming methods of ruling are soon in my opinion to make us all very very sorry.
The future is going to come upon our country like a darkness and when the people begin to ask what happened those that are able to explain now, won't be able to then. If they hide the truth or lie's it does not matter the only goal is to maintain their power to rule.
"What is the number 1 cause of Global Warming?" I ask Global warming believers and they all come back with "Smog…. Gas Burning vehicles are the cause, they cause CO2 in the air etc, etc." I ask them again. What is the number 1 cause of Global Warming? Then I ask them "What part of the Global Warming equation could you take out and stop the global Warming trend?" They tell me…"Alternative energy, Windmills, the elimination of fossil fuels…. etc, etc etc".
I tell them "The Sun" is the right answer.
