		<description>(a) Free trade is not an alternative to the fiscal stimulus -- both can happen in parallel.   
 
(b)  Facebook and YouTube got bought out before they needed to IPO. The slow pace of IPOs is related to a lack of faith in the free market. Only in the fantasies that the WSJ publishes would anyone assume that there are few IPOs because of regulations, and confuse IPOs for new company creation. 
 
(c) Lower tax rates -- that tired old conservative snake oil that can cure cancer, fix the economy and solve global hunger. Grow up! </description>
