I'm confused. Didn't "his majesty" already have to prove legal citizenship to become a senator? Or even to start school and college? I had to produce all that information when I enrolled my son in the first grade and later when he went to college. What's going on here? This situation is a scary thought!

I have recently become a new member. I look forward to my Morning Bell updates. I apprecite all the work you do on behalf of all the conservatives in this country. It's a liitle daily reminder that their is still tons of hope left for this country to return to its conservative and common sense roots. Thanks for the pocket Constitution.

Why is it that the Heritage Foundation has never mentioned the fact that Barack Obama still refuses to turn over a verifiable and certifiable ORIGINAL copy of his birth certificate proving that Barack Obama is a NATIVE BORN citizen of the United States of America? As you must know the Constitution of the United States of America DEMANDS that any person running for the Presidency of the United States of America be a NATIVE BORN citizen of the United States of America. So far, Barack Obama refuses to turn over any such document. Right now, all evidence points to Barack Obama being a native born citizen of Kenya, Africa. Right now, we are trying to get the ELECTORAL COLLEGE to STOP and NOT sactify Barack Obama as our next President of the United States of America until such time that Barack Obama does provide a verifiable and certifiable ORIGINAL copy of his birth certificate proving that he was a native born citizen born in Honolulu, Hawaii in 1961. So far, he refuses to do that very same thing. Do you want a man in the White House as President of the United States of America who is NOT elibiable to be in the White House per our United States of America Constitution? Why have you NOT brought this subject matter up before? If you love America like I do then you are obligated as a loyal American organization to come up with the TRUTH.

I don't believe in "change" of the constitution to fit the minds of GOVERNMENT or OBAMA. It is a written document that is timeless! The constitution is written to apply to all human life. NOT GOVERNMENT. The words "promote the general WELFARE of the people" is understood to mean GET OUT GOVERNMENT! Look up the word WELFARE. IT'S NOT GOVERNMENT!!!! I don't believe in "change" that promotes a weak society. Where your responsibilities are yours and you will take the responsibilities of the irresponsible. I don't believe in "Political correctness" when it indicates people are incapable or too easily offended of the truth. I don't believe in "change" of a democracy to socialism. I don't believe the people are as WEAK as the democratic party insists they are.

Thank you Heritage.

I am concerned of the lack of focus on the second amendment and citizens rights to keep and bear arms. All through the election, I was waiting for the topic to be discussed. Obama’s numerous votes and opinions in opposition to gun owner rights were not highlighted. If not for the efforts of the NRA who took out ads and carried the alert to its members, Obama’s abominable record of opposition to the rights guaranteed by our forefathers would never have seen the light of day. The Republican Party missed the boat on this issue. Please make sure The Heritage Foundation does not do the same.

I hope Heritage will be able to do what they say. I like what they have done up to now. As for the democrats I will never vote for one again. I have always tried to vote for the person I thought would do the best job, a representative of the people. Well that has changed, the dems are like a bunch of whinning children, give me what I want or I will have a fit, kicking and screaming till we give in. All politications need to remember why they are in their position, represent the people. We need to go back to the Constitution, a government of the people, for the people, by the people. Sometimes I think the Republicans have forgotten also.

I am concerned that Obama has said that he will see that the dictates of the Green Religion of Global Warming will be carried out as soon as the economic situation improves. So far the overwhelming voice of science (www.petitionproject.org) has been suppressed. This unfortunate idea has no scientific validity and has the ability to destroy our free society. It would require expenditures of trillions of dollars for no reason other than politics that replicate the failed Roosevelt's WPA "New Deal" of the 1930's. I believe this may be the most important issue our Nation has faced since the Civil War.
