Why are we forced to take on high definition reception that requires a box that takes more energy and is an out of pocket expense? Why do the latest brands of TVs have a light indicator on when the TV is off? Why are we being mandated to use florescent lighting when it is made out of mercury! A poison! And where the switch has to be on for a period of seconds before the light is at it's fullest potential? And where any savings is only when the light is on for 15 minutes or more? And if you only need it on for a second then the light is a waste and the cost is expensive! Where does the Sierra Club get it's credit and money to run?
