There’s much to discuss as Obama shapes his administration (more on this at OpenMarket.org) but arguably one of the most important unanswered questions is who Obama will pick to staff the Federal Communications Commission…

Read it and then let me know: Could Mathews be any less critical? Jay regularly dodges any meaningful discussion of private-school choice reforms like vouchers while railing about such peripheral tweaks as increasing Advanced Placement offerings…

Imagine if a private health plan, Blue Cross or Blue Shield, for example, issued a news release like this: “Due to our deficit, our health plan will no longer cover optometry, dentistry, podiatry, or psychology.”…

Aubrey McClendon, the CEO of Chesapeake Energy, is a visionary leader who recognized many years ago that the United States has a tremendous store of methane and other flammable gases in shale formations like the Barnett Shale…

    1. Val hoover Marietta, says:

I simply can not understand why we "need" illegal people in our country? Please, there can not be such an individual as "undocumentet Immigrant". When one immigrates into any country, one has to be documented, otherwise they are illegal which equals a law breaker. Is there any reason that we need to encourage law breakers to come to our country?

Yes, I am a naturalized citizen who came to this wonderful country legally. I came as a refugee whose country was occupied by force and enslaved by the Soviet government for 50 years. I was very young, however my father had to sign a document that he would not become a public charge, he nerver did. He did become a United States citizen as soon as possible, learned English and allways praised the USA for rendering him opportunity.

I also as well as my sisters are American citizens and speak read and write English and not as a second language. I am a retired teacher and hold a Masters Degree in the Education of the gifted. All of our children have advanced degrees and are productive, independent and contributing citizens to our country. All od us do volunteer work.

My questin again is; "Why do we need to legalize the illegals?"
