For all of those who argue that fraudulent voter registrations, like registration forms with false addresses, don’t lead to voter fraud, the Election Journal report on an Obama field organizer in North Carolina who is registered in three states and has voted in two. Farah Minwalla is apparently registered to vote in North Carolina, New York, and Nevada.
According to Election Journal, Ms. Minwalla registered and voted in the Nevada Caucus (through same day registration); two weeks later, she voted in the New York Presidential primary. Election Journal also reports that according to her online biography, “she is currently pursuing a degree in English and Journalism in New York City.” I guess she wanted to make sure that Barack Obama got her vote wherever he might need it in the primaries. Since Barack Obama and John McCain are in a very close battle in North Carolina, one wonders whether Ms. Minwalla will cast a vote there to ensure that her candidate wins the general election, rather than in Nevada or New York where her vote is probably not needed. On the other hand, she may want to take advantage of all of her registrations and cast votes in all three states just to make sure he gets elected.
What is important to realize about this situation is that it has only come to light because of the investigation being done by private parties – not state election officials. The way our current voter registration system works, there is almost no chance of individuals who register and vote illegally in more than one state being caught since states do not run comparisons between their voter registration lists. So there are really no security mechanisms in place in our registration honor system to prevent double or triple votes by individuals like Ms. Minwalla who want to abuse the system.

Jimmy Carter has been travelling to third world countries for years, 'monitoring' their elections. I believe that the truth is that he is one of many who have been working towards perfecting the art of election stealing. He is a stooge in the socialist agenda, as is Acorn and the Chicago machine. Acorn and is simply one of many arms of this beast. We have only ourselves to blame.
This article is really an eye-opener. I take that back, it's really only an eye-opener for those who really care and cherish the "individual" vote our Founding Fathers established.
These State Attorney General's and courts can say what they will about the differences in "Voter Registration" fraud and "Voter" fraud where the voter actually votes more than once. Well, my intention is still this: If ANYONE intentionally registers more than once, whether in their actual state of residence, or other states as well as Ms. Miniwalla did, had EVERY INTENTION of abusing our VOTING system all along.
Come on folks, it doesn't take a brain surgeon to know that each (of age) individual has the right to cast only "ONE" legal vote. And those, such as ACORN, who have quickly responded to these multiple registrations by ACORN's "community workers" was not to be blamed on ACORN but those rogue "community workers."
Give me a break. That response by ACORN is nothing more than a blantant lie. Don't tell me ACORN administrators could not have told these "community workers" that if they intentionally registered ANY potential voter person more than once then they would not only be fired, but prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. ACORN administrators could have easily told their "registrar workers" that they had every "right" (and "responsibility) to not only ask any potential voter they approached if they had already "registered to vote," but also inform them that if they "INTENTIONALLY" register more than "ONCE," they could face prosecution.
Exactly what does the word "intent" mean? It means that that person believed if they could get away with voting more than once, then it would be to the benefit of their candidate.
I know very well whether or not I am "registered" to vote. So, if someone approaches me and ask if I'm registered to vote all I have to say is "Yes, I am registered," or "No, I haven't registered as yet." Two simple responses.
Abusers of our voting laws should be prosecuted

The sad fact is that we now will never know the truth about voter fraud, ACORN, etc. It will be swept under the rug…just like Fannie and Freddie..and Ohio helped seal the deal. Never could I imagine this……
This election was a fraudalent nightmare of all times. Mr. Pres. Acorn spent millions to buy duplicate votes in 16 battleground states. This is so disgraceful that we need to find a way to prosecute and fine them heavily (including the Elected-"President Acorn Thief." This will be fall of democracy if we don't punish him and his well-orchestrated robbery. The most shameful act in American history!
Where was former President Carter to make sure that there was no voter fraud?
The very fact that our elected officials have not provided checks on voter registration lists proves they do not intend to control any effort by ACORN, or any other group, to perpetuate voter fraud. Therefore we, the voters, must make the effort to protect our precious right to vote by pushing our unwilling representatives to pass this important legislation.
Come on, people, let's get pushing!
