		<description>Garnett would not qualify for a tax credit (greater than $84,000) on his foreign income.  US citizens are taxed on money they make abroad, so Kevin Garnett will be getting taxed 30% by Russia and 41% by the US.  Seems like he will be staying right here in the good old USA.
