		<description>It is not surprising that the unions are typically of the democratic party for their support.  They backed Clinton, both times, and watched him fast track NAFTA through Congress with the jobs they thought were theirs. They did say thank-you by supporting the dems continuously since. One must ask, how bad the working man, (union employee) has it when they can take productive time to canvass voters, not to mention the record amounts of donations to the Obama campaign. Surprisingly, a large majority of union members are not voting the democratic ticket this time because they consistently ask, &quot;what exactly are we supposed to change?&quot;  Unfortunately it appears the change that is wanted is the basic belief and structure of the country we call the United States of America.  I suppose when all these &quot;union&quot; people stop acting like a bunch of sugared up school girls and come back to earth they will realize that their future is still governed by collective bargaining agreements, you know the process the federal government enacted with law. </description>
