If you hate immigrants so much (I'm sorry, but I'm inclined anyone that's irrationally passionate about immigration does), than you can appreciate Menendez's added amendement. Furthermore, he has no power over whether or not the bill is stalled, the Subcommittee chair does. Mendendez's amendement to the EVerify bill simply makes the bill more comprehensive and take other matters of illegal immigration into account.
