In response to Ann in AZ, let's not be foolish. Natural gas is plentiful in the US. It is clean. It is readily available and we already have pipeline infrastructure in place. It is relatively easy to convert gasoline vehicles to natural gas. That alone would decrease the amount of pollutants in the air. It would also free the US from foreign fuel dependence. Hydrogen as a fuel is wonderful, but the mass production of it is not here yet.
