Chilling Growth to Counter Global Warming

Those urging Congress to pass the Lieberman-Warner bill say it would slow global warming by capping carbon dioxide emissions. However, more and more studies — from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Charles River Associates, The Heritage Foundation, even the Environmental Protection Agency — predict severe consequences in higher energy costs for the U.S. economy and consumers.

In 2025 alone, Heritage’s study concluded, Lieberman-Warner would cost the nation at least 500,000 jobs and cut economic output by at least $125 billion — for little to no environmental benefit.

what’s it going to take to get these frauds stopped. this has nothing to do with global warming or whatever they call it this week. this is just a way for liberals (those without the capacity to think independently) and globalists to further their agenda
